Training in News Reporting in DR Congo
From June 12 to 18, a training course on news reporting was given in Kanaga (Kasaï-Occidental, DRC) and gave rise to the production of a televised news program. The trainees formed an editorial team for a local channel (the equivalent of a neighborhood channel) and worked on local news for the population. The presence of an invited politician allowed them to cover political news in the province, in line with the objectives of the Inform and Communicate within the Arena for Political Dialogue (ICEP) project.
