GRET was entrusted with assessing the public decentralised aid policies between the Assemblée des Pays de Savoie and a partner organisation with the status of an association, Pays de Savoie Solidaires (PSs), the Savoie’s development aid instrument for international cooperation and solidarity. The assessment focused on the quality of the actions undertaken by programmes in the department’s various partner countries (Senegal, Haiti, Romania and Argentina) and on a financial audit of PSs.
