Media
Promoting democratic debate on development policies, relaying the voices of developing country populations, contributing to a more accurate interpretation of the world—the media in developed and developing countries have a crucial role to play in development.
GRET wants to foster policy makers’, development actors’ and the private sector’s access to knowledge of the field and good development practices and policies. Its publications, field activities in thirty-three countries, integration in NGO networks (GRET’s director is also vice-president of Coordination SUD) and contributions to public policy make GRET a reliable and committed source for journalists interested in development issues. Its teams of experts (engineers, economists, anthropologists, etc.) contribute regularly to discussions in the media.
In this section, you will find GRET’s press releases, press kits, agenda and positions on public development policies.
