| GRET endeavours to
establish sustainable MFIs that offer services suited to disadvantaged populations
in developing countries. We provide support to existing institutions as
well as support for the creation of new institutions, often in collaboration
with local partners in various countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
At the same time, we support the definition of sectoral policies that provide
a favourable framework for the development of microfinance. We also contribute
to practitioner capacity-building by producing and disseminating reference
documents and moderating the EspaceFinance mailing list. |
