The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) – the new European framework on the use and circulation of personal data – entered into force on 25 May 2018. This new law aims to strengthen individuals’ control over their personal data and encourage the various stakeholders to play an active role in checking the conformity of how this data is used. GRET saw this as an opportunity to launch reflections on its practices, reassert its attachment to the principle of transparency, and strengthen the trust between it and its partners, those subscribed to its newsletter and who consult its website.
All the personal information you give us will be used carefully and never forwarded to a third party. If you would like to continue receiving GRET’s newsletter, no action on your part is necessary. However, if you no longer wish to receive it, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link “unsiubscibe” at the end of the newsletter, or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
