The MICAB project (community and associative micro-projects in Brazzaville) is active in two arrondissements of the Congolese capital, Brazzaville. It aims to improve the population’s access to essential services while improving the contracting authority capabilities of city halls and local associations. It is organised in two primary components. The first accompanies the implementation of projects for which the community is the contracting authority, and the second projects for which associations are the contracting authorities. These two components are completed by a training programme destined to build the capacities of the local actors involved in their implementation.
