This food security and poverty alleviation project aims to build local agricultural produc- tion capacity (by improving access to quality inputs and agricultural services for small and medium family farms) and secure the livelihood of the poorest local populations, in particular refugees from Bangladesh. In parallel, the project is developing local capaci- ties and supporting the structuring of rural communities. The project’s beneficiaries are both small and medium family farmers and landless farmers and the most vulnerable households.
